Ohio Supreme Court fast-tracks lawsuit seeking to remove Caleb Stidham from House District 89 ballot
The challenge targets the closed Republican committee meeting where Stidham participated in the 4-2 vote that made him the replacement nominee. Secretary of State Frank LaRose and the Erie County Board of Elections must answer the lawsuit by Thursday.
